Wayne R. Coulter joined the firm in 1972 after leaving his position as an estate tax attorney for the Internal Revenue Service. Attorney Coulter was instrumental in developing the firm’s focus in the limited areas of estate and trust administrations, estate planning and elder law. He has devoted his entire career to the practice areas of wills, trusts and estates. Of the approximately 100,000 attorneys in the State of Florida, Wayne R. Coulter was one of the first 75 attorneys to meet the rigorous standards to become a Florida Bar board specialist in wills, trusts and estates.

Attorney Rebecca C. Bell specialist in elder law

In 2000, Attorney Coulter’s daughter, Rebecca C. Bell, joined the firm after graduating with honors from Stetson University College of Law. Recognizing the growing need for elder law services, Attorney Bell has pursued a career in elder law, including Medicaid and VA benefits planning. She is one of less than 350 attorneys in the State of Florida that have met the educational, experience and ethical standards to become board certified in elder law. Additionally, she has received a Master of Laws degree, with distinction in elder law. In order to provide needed services to veterans, she has obtained accreditation from the Department of Veterans Affairs.
